By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires. Where the context so permits, words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
2.1 By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through 81jl, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 81jl. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if you have an existing Account, request its closure via the support channel.
2.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. 81jl will provide reasonable prior notice of material changes where practicable.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or access any real-money gaming services on the 81jl Platform. This age restriction applies in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 81jl strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under 21 years of age, regardless of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
81jl employs government-issued ID verification (UMID, PhilSys, driver's license, or passport) as part of the KYC process to enforce this restriction. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The Platform is intended for players located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 81jl makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access from any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one Account on the 81jl Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether to circumvent restrictions, exploit bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.4 Accurate Information. At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 KYC Verification. 81jl reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Full account functionality, including withdrawal above minimum thresholds, is contingent on successful KYC verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer, or permit any third party to access or use your Account.
4.2 You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. 81jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
4.3 You must notify 81jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team.
4.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your contact information, including your registered Philippine mobile number and email address, remains current and accurate. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect your ability to receive OTP verification codes and to recover Account access.
4.5 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any interest in your Account to any third party.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 81jl accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank (via InstaPay), Coins.ph, and selected over-the-counter channels. Accepted methods are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and may be returned subject to applicable processing fees.

6.2 Processing Time. 81jl targets a processing time of one (1) to two (2) hours for standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted during normal operational periods. Processing times may be extended for:

6.5 Dormant Account Balances. 81jl reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. The applicable fee schedule will be communicated to the registered contact information prior to application.
7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 81jl are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms supplement and take precedence over these general Terms with respect to the relevant promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. 10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 81jl's prior written consent.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 81jl and its licensors.

13.2 81jl's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 81jl does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party service outages (including GCash or Philippine banking network disruptions) may temporarily affect Platform availability without giving rise to any liability on the part of 81jl.

14.1 81jl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time if:

Both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve disputes internally before resorting to external proceedings.
16.4 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through 81jl's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.5 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
